The weighing of powder samples can be set according to the user's needs, and the processing flow can be changed and set freely according to the user's needs. High Precision Weighing
Equipped with high precision load cell and excellent weighing control algorithm, the system is able to realize accurate weighing of powder samples, and the weighing accuracy is usually up to 0.0001g (i.e. the accuracy of one ten-thousandth of a balance), which ensures the accuracy and reliability of the weighing results.
Automated Operation
Intelligent robotic arm or automated conveying device can automatically complete the operation of powder sample grasping, weighing, conveying and placing, reducing manual intervention and improving work efficiency.
The system supports preset weighing procedures and parameters, users only need to enter the relevant instructions, the system can automatically perform the weighing task, the overlap of the functional modules cross use, to achieve one-button operation.
Intelligent control
The system integrates excellent PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen control system, providing user-friendly operation interface and intelligent control logic.
Users can set the weighing parameters, monitor the weighing process and view the weighing results through the touch screen, realizing the whole visualized operation.
Wide applicability
The system supports the weighing of a wide range of powder samples, including ultra-fine powder to large granular materials, such as geological particles, rice, beans, milk powder, feed, metal powder, plastic granules and a variety of chemical raw materials.
By changing different feeding methods and accessories, the system can be adapted to different shapes and sizes of bags or containers to meet diversified weighing needs.
