The overview
The system was designed for Sedgefield's Process Innovation Center (CPI). An LED fiber optic sensor is used to measure the light transmittance of the sample in the sample bottle. The system is manually loaded with two 17mm high clear glass bottle types of different diameters, the bottle holder can accommodate up to 192 sample bottles, and ensure that the sample bottles are perfectly aligned in the vertical direction for excellent transmittance measurement. The system can analyze 180 samples per hour.
